These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of products through www.wallmood.eu (the “Website”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order you accept these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Definitions

“Consumer” means a natural person acting outside their trade or profession (B2C). “Business customer” means a customer purchasing in the course of a business (B2B), including “Store Partners”. “Products” means the wallpapers and related goods offered on the Website, including standard and custom/made-to-measure items. These Terms apply to both; where a clause applies only to one category, this is stated. Mandatory consumer-protection rights are not affected.

3. Products, Descriptions & Custom Orders

We describe and display Products as accurately as possible; colours, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to screens, printing, and material batches, which does not constitute a defect. Many Products are made to order or custom-sized to the wall dimensions you provide — you are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements and options (adhesive / non-adhesive) you submit. Wallpaper glue is not included with non-adhesive Products unless stated.

4. Prices, Taxes & Currency

Prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK). Consumers (B2C): prices displayed to consumers are inclusive of VAT; the total price, including VAT and shipping, is shown before you confirm. Business customers (B2B): prices may be shown excluding VAT, with VAT added and shown before checkout; this is clearly indicated. Shipping charges are stated separately at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and will contact you before dispatch if the correct price is higher, so you can confirm or cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders & Contract Formation

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order (unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing error, or delivery outside our area); if we cancel after payment you receive a full refund. You can check and correct input errors before submitting your order.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and express methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay), processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card details. Payment is taken at the time of order; Products remain our property until paid in full.

7. Delivery

We deliver to the regions listed at checkout; delivery times are indicative. For Consumers, unless otherwise agreed we deliver no later than 30 days after the contract is formed, and risk passes to the Consumer on delivery. For Business customers, risk passes on hand-over to the carrier. Please inspect Products on delivery and report visible transport damage promptly.

8. Right of Withdrawal — Consumers (14-day cooling-off)

If you are a Consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. The period expires 14 days after you (or a nominated third party) acquire physical possession of the Products (or the last item). To withdraw, send a clear statement before the period expires — email support@wallmood.eu quoting your order number, or use the model withdrawal form below. We refund all payments, including standard delivery costs (excluding any premium-delivery upgrade), within 14 days of being informed; we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return. Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us; you bear the direct cost of return unless the Products are defective or incorrect, and you are responsible for any diminished value from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Exceptions — the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. custom-cut/made-to-measure wallpaper), or Products that have been installed/applied. This does not affect your rights where a Product is defective. The statutory right of withdrawal applies to Consumers only and not to Business customers (B2B).

9. Faulty Products & Legal Guarantee (Consumers)

We must supply Products that conform to the contract. Consumers in the EU/EEA benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity (minimum 2 years; 3 years in Sweden under Konsumentköplagen), and may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund as provided by law. UK consumers have equivalent rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Report defects to support@wallmood.eu with photos; for defective or incorrect Products we cover return shipping.

10. Returns by Business Customers (B2B)

Business customers have no statutory right of withdrawal. Returns of non-defective Products are accepted only by prior written agreement and may be subject to a restocking fee. Defective Products are handled under the warranty terms agreed at sale or applicable commercial law.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, and trademarks on the Website are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission. Purchase of a Product does not transfer any design or copyright.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). For Consumers, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by us, but not for unforeseeable loss or damage caused by incorrect installation or failure to follow care/installation guidance. For Business customers, to the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to the price paid for the Products, and we exclude indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or business interruption.

13. Privacy & Cookies

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

14. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

Please contact us first at support@wallmood.eu. Consumers may also refer a dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN, www.arn.se, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm). The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Consumers benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of their country of residence and may bring proceedings in their local courts. For Business customers, the courts of Malmö, Sweden have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms; the version applicable to your order is the one in force when you place it.
